Large room in quiet Victorian by 24th St Bart

Hi all!
Looking for someone quiet and easy-going to fill a large bedroom in a roomy Mission Victorian. Has high ceilings, molding, double paned windows, wood blinds, and a deep closet. It's big enough to even fit a desk or dresser.

We are about 3 minutes walk from 24th Street Bart on a quiet, tree-lined street between Mission and Valencia, best weather in SF, and walkable to tons of restaurants, produce markets, farmer's market, Whole Foods, bodegas, cafes, parks, and more, so the location can't be beat.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas range, and there is coin laundry downstairs shared with one other unit.

Quiet, sanctuary vibe, introverts and plant-based peeps especially welcome. ???? Current housemates are sweet people who keep to themselves/travel a lot.

We are Covid conscious and science-based. The house is spacious enough for the housemates to socially distance from eachother, so we are keeping kitchen time brief with windows open, and we aren't having visitors until this passes, other than move-in day.
