Your new sublease will be unlike all the 3 to 4 BRs available out there which would involve many visitations from your new mate's friends, lovers and associations in and out sharing only 1 bathroom. That doesn't seem ideal, does it?

We're a couple offering our new beautiful apartment with only 2 bedrooms--one for you and one for us and completely separated by the entire apartment which is huge. I signed the lease have the keys! You would sign a sublease that I will provide and will ask for deposit plus first months rent and then you'll get your keys.

Essentially you have a gorgeous 1 Br with privacy and share common areas with 2 awesome people that live in the front of the house with whom you may intertwine with time to time but are also available to converse, have a dinner or even go on an adventure.

YOUR BEDROOM:

US:
We relocated from Brooklyn, I work as an art director for a well known tech company south of the city. She is Japanese from Tokyo studying at the English Language Institute of SF. In Tokyo she worked in publishing as an editor. I also played in a few bands in Brooklyn but now have concentrated my energies elsewhere. We will be gone on the weekends to explore the Bay Area.

YOU:
Professional and friendly demeanor. Not a home body and working hours Monday through Friday. Don't mind shooting the chat here and there. Ideally seeking a 6 month sublease or potentially longer.
