ONE MONTH RENT only. Rent has been reduced for this month. A Large private room with a private entrance and a sink & toilet room. The room's location is privately downstairs with three big windows that look upon a lush, overgrown backyard. The large cabin style room (12' x 23') is semi-furnished with a comfortable single bed, couch, table, and a small TV on the wall. The room can be rearranged and edit existing furniture to your liking.

Our home is lived-in, clean, nicely decorated, and we want to share it with you!

On the main floor of the house, there are two bedrooms, we all share the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast room, bathroom with shower, and an atrium in the center of the house—lots of light. Two of us live here, both women one in their 30th and 40th, creative entrepreneurs, and one senior cat. Our last roommate is moving out and we would like to find someone to occupy that room for the month of July. We enjoy an environmentally conscious home.

Our house is located in the Miraloma Park @ Portola, close to Glen Park Bart Station, Forest Hill Muni Station and bus lines # 36, #44, # 49, # 52, and near Twin Peaks.
