There are two female tenants upstairs. All of us are friendly, relaxed, quiet people. LGBTQ friendly house.

We're looking for someone friendly, laid-back, and clean, and drama-free. All of us are good at communicating with each other and are looking for someone who can also communicate easily. We all take precautions against COVID outside. No pets in the house please. Lease is 1 year or month to month is also possible. First month rent + one extra month rent as security deposit is payable on move-in.
