THE ROOM is 15.5 x 12 with in-room closet, dual aspect view with morning and afternoon sun. The room can be furnished at no additional charge.

THE BATHROOM, one of three, has a tub and shower and typically shared with one housemate.

COMMON AREAS: include a kitchen, huge basement, large living room, formal dining room, and reading room.

THE KITCHEN: features a gas range, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, and extensive shelf and cabinet space.

THE BASEMENT: has a washer/dryer, second refrigerator, and abundant shelving for storage/ bikes/ exercise/ sports equipment.

THE SURROUNDINGS: include a large enclosed backyard, housemate parking in driveway or permit street parking, easy guest parking (evenings and weekends), and nearby EV charging stations.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: the following are within walking distance: the Marina Safeway, Aquatic Park, Fort Mason Cultural Center, farmer's market, Chestnut Street shopping and dining, Crissy Field, and Fisherman's Wharf.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: MUNI bus stops are within two blocks- non-stop to the Financial District, North Beach, Chinatown, Civic Center, opera, symphony, ballet, museums, and City Hall. TECH TRANSPORT to Apple, Google etc within six blocks.
