Across from Fort Mason National Park -- the lawns of the park are like having a massive big yard, especially due to the apartment's large bay windows.

Room is huge, as is the walk-in closet across the hall (see floorplan visual ? a past flatmate put a kingsize bed, dressers, desk as well as a GRAND PIANO and 15 guitars in it!!).

Best location, b/c close to EVERYTHING. If taking bus to work, the SF/Muni bus stop is 2 blocks away ? and the 'express' line FLIES downtown! (6-10 minutes). If tech buss to Silcon Valley, also close (and get to meet your colleagues on those luxurious coaches). And yes, 94123 zip code is PACKED with interesting go-getters ? most working in tech, helping to build better things for our world.

Perfect place to have a social gathering, since sunsets behind GGbridge every evening are magical. Also a good starting place to gather, then move on to picnic blanket or touch football game across the street.

Is also a nice place to be, during Covid/Shelter-in-Place. Because it is quite and comfy, and makes work from home easy & productive.

Building owner does not allow smoking indoors (so if smoke, would need to step outdoors) nor pets. Sorry -- I'm fine with either; but not negotiable, per main lease.
