The Apartment: 1 bedroom available in cozy Tenderloin/Nob Hill apartment. The spacious room is well lit, includes a walk-in closet, and is large enough to fit a queen size bed, couch, and other personal furniture. There is limited communal space, but the shared kitchen includes a 2-person dining table. Other amenities include: refrigerator, microwave, standard kitchen-ware, and bathroom with deep tub. The apartment building has coin-op washers/dryers in the basement.

The Location: 8 min walk to Powell BART station, 5 min walk to Union Square, and close to many different bus lines.

The Details: A one year lease and $1500 security deposit is required (I might be able to ask for a shorter term lease if needed, but not guaranteed). Rent is $1350/month. Internet and PG& E is an extra $45/month per tenant. If interested in moving in, an application including formal credit check is also required.

About me: I moved to SF two years ago. I'm 37, female, grew up in PA, and work in Oakland. I work a regular 10-6, M-F schedule. Overall, I am very casual and laid-back. I like living with roommates, but also like to do my own thing. I am a big fan of witty humor, good company, live music, and dive bars.

Preferred age range 28 - 45.
