I?m looking for a qualified person to take over the rent of my apartment while I travel. This is a fully furnished studio apartment with modern amenities. Queen size temperpedic mattress, Herman Miller Embody chair, UPLIFT adjustable standing desk with a mounted 34? Ultra WQHD monitor, 55? OLED 4K tv + Apple TV 4K, 500mbps internet (charged separately, we can discuss), ALEN breathsmart air purifier, dishes & cookware, inversion table, dumbbells + gym access in building, laundry facility in building, access to patio with BBQ grill, and rooftop terrace. This apartment also has an excellent view of the city.
I?m looking for a responsible and respectable person to take my place for 3 months while I?m out. We?d schedule for a video call first where I ask you some questions and get to know you. We can talk in detail about the arrangements and expectations. Then you need to be able to come here to meet in-person and fill out the paper work to apply, including credit check, income verification, and background check. This also gives you the opportunity to see the place before signing. 2800 does not include the utilities(~$100), internet ($60), and one-time lease adjustment fee of $200.
This area is a very convenient location between Nob Hill and the Tenderloin. You don?t need a car for anything. Trader Joe?s and Whole Foods are about a 15-20 minute walk from here. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Near Union Square.
