Ideal Roommate:
We are looking for a young professional- Preferably female in her 20s. Someone who is social on the weekends and career oriented on the weekdays. We do plan on hiring a regular cleaning service, but would like our 4th roommate to be clean and respectful. The apartment is unfurnished ? so good taste in home goods and furnishings is a plus! Room for Rent:
Converted Room off the living room with a separate entrance from the common area. Two entrances to the room: (1) French doors leading to the living room and (2) side door entrance off the hallway. French doors could be drawn for beautiful living room sunlight or kept closed for privacy. There is not a closet in the room, but extra space for a wardrobe in the hall way. The room and the apartment is unfurnished and move in ready on the 12th of January.

About Us:
We are a group of motivated career oriented young professionals, who all work in the Finical District. Living close to work is extremely important to us because we will be spending a lot of time at our respective offices. We have gotten a beautiful place in Nob Hill and are looking for a fourth roommate to join our abode (Preferably female, as to even out the gender dynamic).

Below we have prepared a paragraph introducing each roommate:

Roommate 1-Male: works in Finance and recently moved to San Francisco from Indiana. He is 27, loves his job, and socializing. He is extremely outgoing and looks forward to exploring the city! He likes hiking in the Summer and snowboarding in the Winter.

Roommate 2-Male: likes beer and board games! He grew up in the East bay in Fremont, where his family currently lives. He is 26 and works in Business Development for a multi-national tech company helping small businesses use technology to increase their revenues. When not at work he can be found snowboarding in Tahoe and road biking along the pacific coast.

Roommate 3-Female: works in Marketing at a traditional Ad Agency and just moved to SF from NYC. She is 25 and enjoys dancing in her spare time. She doesn?t smoke, rarely drinks, and often called a gramma for her early nights and quite weekends.
