The bedroom has a closet and can fit a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, and a desk (perfect if you need to wfh)! The apartment has a very large common area, backyard access, hardwood floors, modern appliances, coin-op washer/dryer in the basement, street parking, and bike storage. Water/trash is included in the rent, PG&E and internet will average about ~$50-60/month. Apartment is located on the top/fourth floor and you will share a full bathroom with one other person. The apartment is close to tons of cafes, restaurants, bars, the Panhandle, GGP, Buena Vista Park, markets, etc. Perfect for walking, running, biking, and exploring the city. Join us!

3 ladies (Alana, Lauren, & Miranda), late 20s/early 30s. We are all working professionals who work M-F ~7:00AM-5:00PM and only one roommate who works from home. It is important that we keep quiet both in the early morning and late evening during the week.

We are also very responsible and lead busy, independent lives. We do enjoy hanging out together (hiking, park days, wine nights, watching reality tv, etc.) and would love to have you join us! We also respect one another?s need for quiet and privacy. We keep an absolutely clean apartment, cleaning up after ourselves without a schedule or assigning duties. The three of us have lived together for over a year now and have developed a very comfortable home together.

You are looking for a place to call home for at least a few months. You are a working professional/mature adult who is respectful, quiet, clean, and highly responsible. You are comfortable with sharing different ideas and world-views.
