Either bedroom available in lower haight condo. Room downstairs has private bathroom and also a built in queen bedframe with newly installed hardwood floors. Shower and living areas are shared.

Place includes: newly purchased washer/dryer in unit, keyless smart lock entry (we forget our keys too often), extra storage area.

2 Housemates (female) are super clean, quiet wfh now mostly but usually in the office during the weekdays. On the weekends we go out with friends for brunch or stay in for the occasional Netflix/drama binge (pre Covid-19). We like to keep the place clean and usually get monthly/biweekly professional cleaners to come.
