Sublet in Amazing SF Location, January 1 - 15

We have a large room available for January 1- January 15, on Oak street near Fillmore in the Lower Haight.
Rent is $600 for the two weeks.

Close to Haight street and Divisadero street shops and restaurants, Toronado and other cool bars. Two blocks from Alamo Square Park. Close to the 22, 24, and 31 bus lines, 5 minutes walk to the N-Judah. Easy walk to the Castro, the Mission and downtown, great location!

Looking for someone who will be kind, considerate, and relatively tidy in our household.

We are three women in our late 20's, and one shy but friendly cat. We are all artists/musicians who are also pursuing various professions or in school.

The room is large with lots of sunlight and a nice view. It has built-in "china hutch" drawers and stained-glass cabinets, plus a large closet with extra storage. Furniture will be a little sparse, but there will be a comfy full size bed and a few other furnishings provided.

There is no laundry on site but multiple laundromats in walking distance. Street parking is very easy, especially during the day, and only a little challenging late on weeknights.

This is a two-week sublet only.
