We're looking for someone to fill a room in a quiet, spacious 3BR/2BA apartment with the flexibility of a month to month lease. Located in Laurel Heights, the place is a 10 minute walk to Trader Joe's/Target, 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park, and 20 minute bus ride downtown. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, but still close to some great restaurants, bars and cafes (for when things return to normal).

The room is $1,415/month + utilities. It's a good-sized space - 12x10 sq. feet - with plenty of closet area and a window that lets in lots of sunlight. The furniture will be staying, so you can choose to keep it or not. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space with all the appliances you would need (including a dishwasher). The living room/dining room areas are a big, connected space that have a nice open feel and large windows that let in the beautiful light of San Francisco's sunsets. We also have coin-operated Washer+Dryer in the basement.

You would be sharing the apartment with two respectful, friendly guys in their 30's:

Robbie: I work as a psychotherapist and a research coordinator. I came to SF 7 years ago for a tech job but left to pursue a career that felt more meaningful. I like to run, listen to music, meditate, and spend quality time with friends.

Juaquin: I'm an NYC transplant that has been in the Bay for almost 5 years. I work in education and when I'm not working I enjoy hanging out with friends and chilling at home. I'm into comics and sci-fi shows and action flicks.

We'd like someone who's respectful, considerate, and can be low-key in the apartment. Male, female or however you identify is welcome. We hope for a quiet, relaxed, homey feel and would rather not have the place be a social hub all the time, but having people over and the occasional party are cool.
