Khaleesi: 3, Loves treats, her older brother Keats, and hiding from people (Very Shy).
YOU?: Chill, Low maintenance, Non-passive aggressive, RESPECTFUL person open to being an active member in the household. We're a friendly and diverse group of people living together in harmony and want to keep it that way! Must be able to communicate, reply to texts, etc. Someone who is able to take care of household responsibilities when needed and does not need constant reminding.

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS:
6 month lease contract w/ 1 month vacancy notice
First months rent $950 OR $1000
+ $1000 deposit + $200 move in fee (non-refundable/ charged by HOA if moving truck is on premises)
No Smoking Indoors
No Pets. There are two small beagles that live in the home but unfortunately- NO other pets are allowed.
MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH DOGS.
