Mountain Lake jewel, two-room suite

This is a large, two-room suite (350 sq. ft.) in a lovely, owner occupied home with two housemates and room for a third. I (owner) am a physical rehabilitation specialist and work out of my home. The home is two, light-filled levels. First floor has common living space rooms; entrance area, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, washer/dryer closet room, outside deck, and owner’s living area and work suite. Second level has one master bedroom with ensuite private bath and two, two-room suites which share a hall bathroom. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Every-other week, deep bathroom cleaning by housekeeper included in rent.
Currently, a woman who works for SalesForce lives in the master BR suite. One of the two-room hall suites is occupied by a woman who is a doctor at Kaiser. Both are in their 30s. The photos show the second, currently-available, two-room, hall suite. All downstairs, common-space rooms are shared including the fully, equipped, kitchen. Each bedroom upstairs has its own large mini-fridge and microwave. The upstairs bedrooms come fully furnished, with or without towels and bed linens. All bedrooms have highest-quality, new mattresses. There is a half bathroom on the downstairs common space level. All utilities included; gas, electric, water, trash, and Internet. There is no cable contract but hookups exist. All TVs are smart TVs. Each suite has a TV and the family room on first floor has a large TV.

We are a friendly group. We cross paths in the kitchen but have our own work and social lives. Sometimes we get together for a chat or share a glass of wine. We're respectful of socializing noise, the kitchen is left clean and tidy after every use, shoes-off in the house policy, and personal items remain in our respective bedrooms or bonus rooms, not in common space areas (except for shoes by the front door.) Coming and going through the front door and up and down the stairs to the second level is done quietly. The current housemates have been here about three years. We were sad to see our fourth roomie move to a great opportunity in NYC but look forward to finding someone new! Someone laid back, friendly, responsible, and independent. We are all vaccinated and follow modest/conservative social distancing, like avoiding large, dense, indoor gatherings and wearing masks in stores, etc.
Our home is steps away from Mountain Lake Park and The Presidio, easy access to Marin, Peninsula, Baker Beach, GG Park, and many fun parts of SF. Located near convenient public transportation and restaurants, cafes, or shopping for every pocketbook!
