We are three mid-to-late twenties, hardworking professional women looking for a roommate to sublease a room in our lovely apartment! Located in the Inner Richmond, we live in a rent controlled 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath Edwardian-style apartment with high ceilings and pretty architectural details. We are located a block away from the Clement Street Farmers Market, cute cafes, the best banh mi spot in town, and surrounded by bus lines including the 1, 1BX, 1AX, 2, 38, 38R, 38BX, and 44.

Starting in June, we are looking to sublease for a year (possibly open to a shorter period as well i. e. 6 months). Rent is $1,150 a month with water and trash included. Security deposit of $1,500 must also be paid before move-in. We split the PG&E, wi-fi, and eco-friendly TP four ways each month. No pets, non-smoking, not 420-friendly inside, and street parking only.

1st Month Rent (1,150) + Security Deposit (1,500) = $2,650 Due at signing sublease.

We?re looking for someone who is:
Quiet and mindful of noise-level on the weekday evenings
Tidy and cleans up after using the communal spaces
Open-minded and communicative
Respectful of the agreed-upon house rules

About us:
Monica (The grandma of the apartment): 20-something professional who works in education and is also a part-time student pursuing a Master?s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Enjoys drinking overpriced coffee and KonMari-ing her room. Humor ranges from Portlandia/The Office to BoJack Horseman/Wilfred. Currently fixated on rock climbing and learning ASL.

Monica #2 (Moni): 20-something physical therapy aide and aspiring physician?s assistant from San Diego. A soon-to-be SFSU graduate majoring in human physiology who loves short walks to the bed for my daily afternoon nap. When I?m not napping, I enjoy going on foodie adventures, rock climbing and traveling. Otherwise, you?ll probably catch me at the local coffee shop studying my life away...or at the bar dancing the night away.

Megan: 20-something graphic designer and proud SFSU alum. Favorite pastimes are playing soccer, listening to NPR podcasts, and catching the sunset at Ocean Beach. Loves to travel, speaks fluent French, and collects vintage knick-knacks.
