I have a private room for rent in our 3bed/2 townhouse located at Parkmerced in SF next to SFSU and within a close distance of CCSF; this location has many sources of public transportation like buses, muni trains and bart stations as well as shuttles that can make the commute more easy, is very accessible to 280 freeway too. Extensive variety of restaurants and entreteinment, Parkmerced is super close to Stonestown mall and close to Westlake shopping center, supermarkets like Trader' s Joe' s, Whole foods and Safeway are near by too. The room is a private room with a share bathroom with 2 females. room is very clean with fresh wall just painted and a very clean carpet it has a closet and is semi furnished it comes with a tv too. It is available now but we want to rented to the right person, we are very family oriented, clean and respectful people.
