Rare Gem, VERY spacious, newly remodeled!

Hello friends,

We have a rare spot (possibly two, got a friend that's looking with you?) available in our gorgeous, spacious home. We've called this place home for 6 years, and there's many reasons why we continue to stay here! Specs below :)

OUR HOME:
- 6 bed / 4 bath / 3 balcony
- Washer/dryer in unit
- hardwood floors throughout
- ample fridge space (1.5 fridges in kitchen, another roommate stores her things in a bedroom fridge, so there's plenty of room for everyone!)
- dishwasher
- common space open layout, VERY spacious
- dimming lights in every room
- 1 dog, sweet and goofy creature. He may wait outside of your door to play
- 2 cats, a bit shy but so adorable! (they don't really shed, mind you)
- 24/7 access to an ENORMOUS rooftop with lounge chairs, 360 degree views, including the ocean

YOUR ROOM:
- 13'X13', large closet with sliding mirror doors
- 1st floor of apartment (3rd floor of building)
- share bathroom with one person

HOUSE LIFE:
One of the awesome things about this place is we all get along, hang on occasion, but also enjoy our own social lives and alone time. We all chat and share jokes daily, cook together sometimes and watch a movie here and there :). Overall great people to be around! Our age range if this matters, is 26-38. We have house cleaners come 2x monthly, so we don't have to argue over chores! This home is a very VERY clean one, and we like to keep it that way, as you can see. We also share the building with one other unit- we are close with our neighbors, very friendly group of guys working in tech. Currently they are landscaping the backyard :)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
- less than 50 steps from Whole Foods, McDonalds, Chase Bank, and the K Muni
- 1 block away is amazing Sushi, great Ale House with regular live music, great Thai spot, etc
- 7 minute walk to BART: be in downtown SF in under 25 minutes!
- street parking

YOU:
- Clean. Take pride in your living space and enjoy coming home to a clean space
- Not a take-the-party-home-every-week kinda person. We'll through parties once in a while, but this tends to be a more "chill" home. Absolutely friends, overnight guests are welcome!
- No intense drug doers
- Friendly. we like people
