Room for Rent

Currently there are two very quiet people living in two of the three bedrooms and we're looking for a quiet third one. We're friendly and looking for the same.

The Apartment Is:

- The second floor in a 3-levels building.

Very long hall, lined with a lot of books, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath-room, 1 toilet, and a large kitchen.
NO COMMON LIVING ROOM.

- shared kitchen
- shared bathroom
- shared toilet
- centrally located on Grove St. between Laguna St. and Octavia St. A dozen restaurants and four coffee shops within a two blocks radius.
- a coin-operated laundry a block away.
- a convenience store is within a block.
- Trader Joe’s store is right around the corner.
- easy access to Octavia Blvd Exit/Ramp to highway
- the 21 bus stops at your door-step.
Haight/Fulton lines and Van Ness Muni within a couple of blocks
- Civic Centre/BART 10min walk
- Symphony/Opera/5 min
- Utilities - about $60/month
- high-speed internet.

There's been no cable TV for years here because no one needed it! Though one can always use internet for TV reception.

The Room Is:

- the high-ceiling space is 11' x 11' (121 sq. ft), carpet.
- the room will be with all the basic furniture
- a full-wall closet.
- a window looking in a small well yard.
The room in not very sunny.

The 2 Roomates Are:
-------------------------
- 68 yr old male, part-time employed. At home a lot of time. Speaks English - second language, Russian - first language.
- 62 yr old male, employed. Speaks English.

No smoking in the apartment though there is a back porch for that.

We are straight but are VERY LGBT-friendly.

There is an initial six month lease, and then month-to-month. Security deposit equals to one month's rent.
So move in cost is first month rent ($900) + utilities advance ($60) + the security deposit ($900) of which total - $1860.

No pets, please, and one person per room. Be able to produce a current credit report with a minimum score of 700, and/or have proof of income or funds demonstrating the ability to pay.

We understand that everyone's circumstances are different and will consider all reasonable proofs of credit worthiness or some other means of finding a consensus.
