1 room available in 2bd/1bath apartment in 150 Van Ness (Hayes Valley). To move in as soon as possible and for you to be added onto the lease.
For a single person: $1,600 a month.
For couples: $1870 per month.
Both prices have a bit of room for negotiation.
First month is prorated from when you first move in.
Utilities are around $50-$60 per person, and we originally paid for internet upfront for the year ($200 per person) but we might switch to per month which would be $60 per month.
There will also be a $333 deposit.
There are 2 full bedrooms and one partly converted living room bedroom. There is still an area of the living room that is used as a shared space.
Louise is in the master bedroom and Tiffany is in the converted living room.
Washer and dryer included in-unit.
I also have videos of the amenities and apartment itself in a Google Drive folder, but unable to share on here.
- Furniture: Rooms are unfurnished and the living room (non bedroom part) has a tv, bookcase and sofa already inside.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials: you literally only NEED to bring your own food ? but feel free to bring anything else equipment-wise.
- Roommates:
Louise: 29, female, British, teacher, living here since August ?19. Likes cooking, hiking, reading, snowboarding.
Tiffany: 32, female, Ohio native living in SF since March ?19, works in office management. Reader, artist, sewer & crafter, bubble tea lover.
Both: LGBT and open-minded, easy going, enjoy board/card games, stand up comedy and having friends around (this is where the lounge area downstairs comes in very useful... We don't have groups of friends gather in the apartment!)
YOU: LGBT+ or LGBT-friendly roommates who are tidy in common areas and willing to pitch in with the cleaning, have personality, and don?t mind being social (think less rage-r and more dinner party/game nights) but are also okay with having their own space (life gets hectic sometimes y?know!).
We don?t care if you have overnight guests? on occasion! We even have a sofa bed in the living room for such occasions. But, no live-in couples please!
