1 bedroom in 2.5bed/1bath apartment

1 room available in 3bd/1bath luxury apartment in Hayes Valley/Civic Center - 150 Van Ness
$1275a month + utilities with $333 deposit.
Note: We also pay internet up front for the year , at $200 per person.

Earliest availability is late July (around 20th), looking for somebody to start 1st August at the latest.

Looking for 1 roommate to sign a new lease and take over the second bedroom of a 2.5 bedroom apartment. (2 full bedrooms and one partly converted living room bedroom).

Louise is in the master bedroom and Tiffany is in the converted living room. Washer and dryer included in-unit.

- Dates: Move in is 20th July- 1st Aug 2020. We have signed a 13-month lease that you will also need to be put on.

- Furniture: Rooms are unfurnished and the living room (non bedroom part) has a tv, bookcase and sofa already inside.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials: you literally only NEED to bring your own food ? but feel free to bring anything else equipment-wise.

- Roommates:
Louise: 29, female, British, teacher, living here since August ?19. Likes to cook, using the gym in the building, reading, snowboarding.

Tiffany: 32, female, Ohio native living in SF since March ?19, works in office management. Reader, artist, sewer & crafter, bubble tea lover.
Both: LGBT and open-minded, easy going, enjoy board/card games, stand up comedy and having friends around (this is where the lounge area downstairs comes in very useful!)

YOU: LGBT+ or LGBT-friendly roommates who are tidy in common areas and willing to pitch in with the cleaning, have personality, and don?t mind being social (think less rage-r and more dinner party/game nights) but are also okay with having their own space (life gets hectic sometimes y?know!).

We don?t care if you have overnight guests? on occasion! We even have a sofa bed in the living room for such occasions. But, no live-in couples please!

About the apartment:
150 Van Ness Apartments are luxury apartments located near downtown SF, between Van Ness and Market street on Hayes. There is pretty much every amenity that you could want. ~5 minute walk to Civic Center MUNI & BART, plus lots of busses run in the area. There are bars and restaurants around and getting anywhere in SF is relatively easy.

Facilities include:
- full kitchen with nice appliances (including dishwasher)
- washer & dryer inside unit!!

- pool + jacuzzi
- 2 rooftops with panorama views, with fire pits, bbq grills & pizza oven (City Hall view ?)

Possible deal breakers for moving in:
1) I have listed as a "large" room, because it does fit a double/full, bed but i wouldn't class it as very large myself. There is currently a single/twin bed in there (shown in pictures) but I have added scaled pictures to show the two ways a full/double bed can fit.
2) The available room does not have a window. BUT the shared living space has a lot of wonderful light.
