The room is BIG and located in the middle of the building with hardwood floors and high ceilings. The rest of the apt is mid-sized with a shared living room & bathroom.
The rent situation is month to month with only one housemate on the current lease.
The owner requires new flat mates complete an application and be approved. Other than that they are pretty hands off beyond necessary repairs.
Move in requires first & last month’s rent with security deposit. Rent is $1200 + Utilities
As a household we like a clean, peaceful and respectful space. We get along great and have awesome communication. We are very laid back and are looking for someone chill, open minded and responsible. No smoking in the house but we do have a back patio. Shared laundry units in the building.
No pets allowed.
