Perfect for a soon to be San Francisco resident or someone looking to live close to all transportation options the city has to offer.

* Location: The house is located 2 short blocks from the Glen Park BART Station, and easy access to various Muni Routes (35, 36, 44 buses & J Rail) corporate shuttles, and entrances to Routes 101 and 280. Situated across from the Glen Park Grammar School, parking before and after school hours, weekends and school breaks is very easy. Numerous "Glen Park Village" restaurants, cafes and other shops are 2 blocks away. You can take a stroll or hike through the beautiful Glen Canyon Park, only a 3-minute walk from the house.

*Rent includes: Electric/gas, cable/TV/internet (Comcast), water/sewer and garbage. It also includes weekly (with some exceptions) cleaning of your room, bed change as well as washing, drying and folding of your cleaned sheets and towels. Laundry is right in the basement so you don't have to lug it to the laundromat.

*About me: I'm friendly, relatively quiet, values honesty, candor and privacy. I enjoy my friendly neighbors, outdoors and nature, as well as CA and SF history. I spend lots of time in my garden, with my pets and with volunteers of a bee-related not-for-profit organization that I volunteer with.

- Single occupancy only, with limited overnight guests
- No pets (I have 1 dog, 2 cats)
- No smoking, heavy drinking or drugs, partying or drama
- Energy and water conservation, as well as recycling/composting
- Neat and clean, considerate and respectful of shared areas, especially kitchen and bathroom
- Access to back and side yards and optional gardening in backyard
