The Neighborhood: Forest Hill/West Portal--It's very quiet and safe. 3 blocks from West Portal Station where you can catch any MUNI train and be downtown in 15 minutes. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants on West Portal Ave, library, movie theater, banks, etc.

The Apartment Building: My family owns this 3-story building and we occupy most of the rooms, along with a few other tenants. Laundry is free to use.

The Apartment: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and gets lots of light. My grandma, aunt, and uncle live here, and there's a spare room for tenants. Bathroom and kitchen is shared. (Grandma has her own bathroom.)

The Room: Comes with queen size bed and bedding, desk, closet, window.

Parking: Street parking is limited to 2 hours on weekdays unless you get a permit from the City.
