Please keep in mind this room is converted- no doors- would have to have rooms dividers although the living room is already relatively private/ separate from other rooms.

Includes: Gym, cardio room, pools, indoor spa, sauna.

DEPOSIT: $375
Utilities split between roommates- usually comes out to $30-40 each including wi-fi, trash, water etc.

APPLICATION $40 : Background check and proof of income will be needed for the apartment application as new tenant.

Lease goes until June 2020 but you can replace yourself at anytime and will be able to move out in that case.

Shared bathroom with only one other roommate.
Shared kitchen with only one other roommate mostly (the other roommate doesnt use it)
Only 2 roommates total, very friendly and quiet, usually at work most of the day and gone on weekends.
Local bayside market right downstairs for groceries and more
Bay view & bridge view restaurants also downstairs.
