2 Private rooms and private bath in a shared house

Your Private Living Room

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a wonderful Excelsior home! The lease will run until July 18, 2020 and the rent is $2500/month (this is very negotiable)! This includes:

- basically an entire private apartment (~480 square feet, bedroom + living room + bathroom) but with the benefit of being able to hang out in the living room and use the MASSIVE kitchen upstairs in addition to your own private space
- private bathroom of course!
- the house is 1 mile from the freeway
- brand new EVERYTHING (kitchen appliances, flooring, lights, ?smart? smoke alarm, washer & dryer, etc)
- ALL utilities (water, garbage, super fast WiFi, electricity, and gas)
- parking (at least one spot in the driveway, but street parking is free and extremely easy to find)
- brand new washer and dryer steps away from your door
- brand new refrigerator exclusively for your use and it located in your private living area
- gorgeous McLaren park about a 5 minute walk away (perfect for doggies!), there is also a small grassy area about 2 minutes up the hill
- exclusive backyard access for you and/or your animals to enjoy. The landlord is hoping to plant some tulips in the back at some point but will always let you know before he?s going to come back there.
- awesome housemates who are super friendly!

The base rent of $2500 does not include any pet rent, which is $50/month for dogs and $0/month for cats (there are two sweet kitties already living here)! Obviously this means that pets are welcome, but they should be well-behaved as anyone would expect ????

Only requirements for people is that they would like 2 people maximum (perfect for a single person or a couple), non-smoking, and respectful. Please do not bring the party home! We honestly hate to leave, but our puppy just needs a little more space.
