Sunny "Paris" inspired room w/ private bathroom

Looking for long term renters (over 1 month) to live with my girlfriend and I in this newly remodeled 3 story home.

Each of our rooms has a city/country theme that corresponds to one of the streets in our neighborhood. The Paris room is on the top floor and has a beautiful view of the city!

Wifi w/ extremely fast fiber connection, small desk, smart TV, full closet, and new Serta mattress.

Upstairs you will find a Movie/Game room, remodeled kitchen, laundry, and more. There is also a large backyard!

In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom you will have access to all shared areas including kitchen, dining/work room, living room, movie/game room, laundry, garage, and backyard.

The price includes everything. You are expected to clean after yourself (dishes for example), but the price also includes weekly cleaning.

We are in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet at the same time, the neighborhood is great for walking, in one direction you will find John Mclaren park, and in the other you will get to Mission street in 10 mins, which has coffee shops and restaurants.

Ocean street is also close by which has a Whole Foods, Phillz Coffee, 24 Hour Fitness, and a lot of good restaurants all walking distance from each other.

Excelsior has a rich history... in our block all the streets are named after cities and countries, and each of our rooms reflects a theme of one of those.

Also, every 12 minutes the bus that stops one minute from us takes you to balboa park station bart/muni (7 min bus drive)

There is free street parking with no time limits like there is in much of the city. I don't have a car so don't have so much experience, but seems that finding parking is reasonable.

This would also be an ideal location for someone who would like to live in the city but needs to commute to the peninsula since it is one of the fastest spots in the city that you can get onto the highway from.
