Looking for room mate with car as this room is heavily discounted for the area on this basis.

Rental includes private garage with 24/7 access and laundry facilities for free.

Large walk in closet. Incredible view of East Bay from San Francisco from top of hill. Essentially your own porch attached to the master bedroom.

Apart from my own bedroom all other areas of the house are essentially available.

Visitors welcome, no wild parties, large library of all media available.

The utilities/bills would be included but you would need to pay the difference if these increase due to usage increase. Cable to the room can be organised but the additional cost for the decoder box would need to be covered by the tenant.

Entertaining and socializing is ok and overnight guests are allowed but would prefer one night maximum per stay each time.

I'm looking for someone compatible who values both private time and company.
