Large Master with Private Bath

The Flat:
The flat is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, recently renovated top floor apartment. The whole apartment is updated and modern ? no grimy carpets or 70s bathrooms. The only thing that beats the setup is our location, which really can?t get any better: Union, Fillmore and Chestnut are 2 blocks away, but our spot is on a quiet and clean block.

-Washer and dryer on-site in garage (shared with the unit below, but have never had problems getting time to use)
- Parking: On-street parking is never an issue (recommend getting a $136/yr permit to avoid 2hr parking issues).

The Room:
-The room up for grabs is the large master bedroom, with private bath. The room is very spacious with large windows, a closet, and can easily fit a Queen bed, dresser, desk, night stand, peloton and still have lots of space left over. The private bath is right across the hall from the bedroom.

The Rent:
-Available anytime between Oct 15th and November 1st
-Lease is month-to-month, but we are looking for someone who is looking for a minimum 6 month stay
-Rent of $1825
-Monthly utilities typically run $80-$100(Comcast, PG&E, one cleaning).
-Security Deposit of $1825
The Roommates:
C(27M): Works in financial services. Loves spending time in the outdoors, fly fishing, playing tennis, skiing and watching college football.
C(25M): Works in technology. Loves sports, spending time with friends, and the outdoors.
C(26M): Works in Marketing. Loves spending biking, watching football and spending time with friends.

We are very clean, respectful and have become good friends from living together. We often travel and work long hours during the week, so we like to have quiet and respectful week nights. Our goal is to find another like minded roommate who will make a great addition to the home.

Who you are:
Must be a working professional, easy going, and really cool. You enjoy getting out of the house and doing active things. Cleanliness in the kitchen and living area is a must. We all like to cook, but we all hate dishes, so we keep the place immaculate.

Open door, comfortable, clean, and friendly living situation is the norm. No live-in relationships. Roommates are pretty busy, but it's always great to grab dinner and beers if people are free!
