I have an open bedroom in my apartment in the Marina, SF.

Move in date is December 1st.

The room comes unfurnished, has a big walk in closet and a private cute patio. The place has NO access to the kitchen, but I will provide a small refrigerator, mini oven and a coffee maker. Ideal for someone who doesn't cook. The place has no living room or any other common area. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 more person.
Room faces the back of the building, so it is pretty quiet!

Non- smoking building, no pets

Prime Location: San Francisco
Union Street, between Octavia and Laguna. There are many wine bars, Zagat-rated restaurants, liquor stores, coffee shops, Walgreens, and gyms nearby (Crunch, Equinox, Soul Cycle and yoga studios). I am centrally located and have easy access to almost anywhere in the city. Bus Lines # 22, 28, 30, 41, 43, 45, 47 and 49.

We will be sharing utilities: electricity and internet! Garbage and water are included. It will be a month to month contract, so both parties can give a 30 days notice (end of month preferable).

You: You should be clean, organized and the most important thing: respectful :)

Requirements - excellent credit, good references + gross income.
