Room w/ personal balcony, bathroom, walk-in closet

My name is Xen (on the left in the photo) I am looking for a roomate for my place at 150 van ness ave in the heart of San Francisco (dowtown with great views) at a luxury apartment. I have a 2 bed 1 office, 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony apartment on the top floor. The room i am looking to rent out is large, has a personal balcony and a personal bathroom with a shower + a walk-in closet - the room is on your own side of the apartment (yours is to the right of entrance - mine is to the left) My lease ends in March so I am only looking to rent it out until then. And if the rent stays the same and if you may want to stay as rooomates for longer i am happy to discuss later on! (: I have a goldendoodle puppy (13 weeks). I work from home and usually work from my office 8-9 hours a day M-F. I am mostly clean but it can be messy lately with the new puppy lol. I am for the most part introverted during the week lol since Im usually working but i love to go out (a bit of an ambivert/ extroverted too) and will generally spend my weekends out with my girlfriend🏳️‍🌈/friends/ taking my puppy to parks/ going out to bars or trying new restaurants (: ! I sometimes have a friend / my gf over on weekends but I can make something work if anything/ if that isnt comfortable!
