We are a happy, friendly household looking for a third housemate to move in on June 1st. You would be living with a female, 40-something photographer, and a male, 50-something musician. We are adults who keep a lovely home and warm environment to spend our time. Home is our sanctuary and it can be a place for quiet and privacy as well as a place for lively conversation and laughter. You would be moving into the rooftop “suite,” where you have your own beautiful space, with a view and sunsets every night. We are kind and welcoming, we all do our part to keep the house clean, and we are thoughtful about sharing our space together. We would like to find someone who is aligned with those values.
The room:
The room is 18 x 15, hardwood floors, windows on three sides, your own private bathroom, closet, and views all around. It is the entirety of the second floor and it’s all yours! There is plenty of space for a bed, desk, couch, chest of drawers...etc. The rent is $2025 per month, plus utilities, heat, and internet. Move-in will require a one-month deposit and first month’s rent.
The flat:
We have a light-filled, spacious, beautiful apartment to enjoy with a living room, dining room, lounge/music room, and kitchen that we all share. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. We are on a quiet street next to Golden Gate Park and parking is very easy.
