I've lived here for almost 5 years. It's a peaceful neighborhood, great landlord, nice views. Huge modern apt, Lots of common space, huge living room and well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, also there is brand new large washer/dryer in unit. Room will come unfurnished and has a shared bathroom. Third floor. Roommates are professionals in our 30s. I (Chris) work Global eCommerce and Jorge works for a Tech Start up with both of us traveling very often for work so you'll get the place to yourself quite a bit ;-). We're tidy and thoughtful, looking for the same in a roommate.
Utilities / cable internet is $35 and we also have a cleaner who comes monthly and does an amazing job. Neighborhood is quiet and residential, but a short walk to Castro and Haight districts. 10 min walk to either Church or Castro Muni stations, there is also a bus (37) that runs regularly. Plenty of Street parking.
