Sadly, we have to say goodbye to our wonderful roommate, who is moving to the East Coast to get Married. Therefore, we are looking for a gay male to take over his room.

About the place: It is a 3 bedroom - 1 ? bath flat on the bottom floor of a 3 unit building, located almost in the very heart of the Castro District: One block from restaurants and stores and two blocks to Castro MUNI. The room for rent is a pretty spacious, measuring at 12? X 16?. There is one closet and one window in the room. As you can see from the pics, the room will easily fit a queen size bed with plenty of space left over.
The rest of the place consists of our other two bedrooms, the bathrooms, a TV room and the Kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal in it. We have a back deck where we keep the washer and dryer (specific for our unit). The deck opens to a pretty roomy back yard.

About us:

Roommate 1: Gay male who just turned the big 5-0. Pretty social and active, plays on a softball team. Works in the mortgage industry, regular Mon-Fri 9 to 5?er. Outgoing and extroverted, loves to laugh, hits the gym occasionally, but still loves lasagna and burritos.

Roommate 2: Gay male in his early 30?s. Social and fun. Works in the medical field as a psychologist and has a Mon ? Thurs work schedule. Hits the gym 5 to 7 times a week. Hangs out with friends on weekends and travels occasionally.

We are looking for a roommate who would complement our lives as well as the household. The ideal person would be a responsible individual who is conscientious and friendly, yet also knows how to have fun. We are looking for more of a long term renter as opposed to month to month. Sense of humor is a big plus! And of course, able to pay rent and bills on time. We are both; pretty clean, however, not neat freaks? The house is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed, unfortunately. We occasionally have friends over for get-togethers, or dinners, but do not bring the party home, so to speak. We like the house quieter during the work week. On top of the rent, utilities (internet, pge, cable & maid) are split 3 ways between us. If you think this might be a good fit, drop us a note.
