We are friendly, sociable, considerate, non-smoking, and responsible, and are looking for cool roommates with similar traits to share the house. We work a lot and travel quite a bit for work and fun. We want to be living with people who want to share a home rather than just renting a room with other strangers living in the house. Roommates who are going to come home and go to their rooms and close their door are not the kind that will fit here. Roommates that are going to have parties with only their friends and not invite others in the house sometimes should go elsewhere. Generally we want to keep the common area clean and tidy so we don't inconvenience other people living in the house. We are looking for roommates who are sociable, bu also considerate. We also don't want to clean up after roommates.
