Big Sunny Br in SF! 😀 Long&Short term welcome!

Hi, we're subletting a bedroom (14' x 9' w 10' ceilings/approximately 128 sq/f) in our Bernal Heights apartment. The room has hardwood floors, bay windows, and a closet + and additional personal hallway closet. The apartment has a back patio overlooking our beautiful backyard with many flowers and assorted plants and a lemon tree. The backyard has a lockable bike shed and a separate garden entrance. We have a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, dishwasher, fridge, granite countertops, microwave, and oven. Our shared bathroom also has granite countertops (I’m guessing there was a sale on granite that day). We're also open to both short and long term apartment-mates.

We're very close to several bus lines, including the 24, 36, 14 & 14R, and the J-Church line. Many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars (when they become a thing again) and a Safeway are within a very short walking distance. Our one-way street doesn’t get much traffic. Yay!

Rent is currently $1100 per month, and covers all utilities & wi-fi, and shared dishware, cutlery, kitchen appliances, and common room furniture. Move in is $2200 includes security deposit & 1st months rent/utilities.

A little about us: I'm an artist manager, and my partner is a marine biologist (we currently work from home due to COVID). We like music, movies, and books. We also like to cook and have the occasional drink (but never bring the party home). We're seeking 1 roommate that is an Employed, Respectful, Friendly & Clean Adult (and who obviously pays rent/utl on time). We are communicative, and take pandemic precautions seriously. Since there's one bathroom, we're renting to only one person (no couples, barbershop quartets, etc.)

Credit/income check may be requested by our landlord. Sublease is month-to-month and requires a 30 day notice on the 1st prior to vacating. If you're looking for a nice spot in SF, please tell me a little about yourself and we'll schedule a time to safely show our apartment. Thank you! :)
