I'm looking for someone to sublet the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment.

The location ?
Right at the intersection of Noe, Bernal, and Mission.
It's a great location that's easily walkable to lots of hot spots.

The apt ?
Gorgeous fully furnished apt
private backyard (with outdoor seating)
Hardwood floors
(non-working) fireplace
full dining room
kitchen with gas range & granite countertops
washer and dryer in unit
It has a tiny shared garage with our upstairs neighbours so it's really not suitable for a large car, but can store bikes, moped, other tiny wheels.

Huge room 13' x 11'

Closet
Furnished with bed, sheets, pillows (if you don't need we can discuss)

I'm a 30yr old female professional working as a strategist at a branding consultancy.
During non-covid times I typically travel a lot for work.
I enjoy cooking, bike riding, pottery, yoga, picking up new hobbies.
I drink and eat meat (but don't care if you don't - just an FYI).
I have a 10lb hypoallergenic maltipoo who loves everyone and is very sweet.

I'm looking for one solo person to take this room. (No couples sorry).
Someone who is tidy, respectful of personal space, has hobbies & interests
The place is mostly furnished so it would be best if you don't have that much stuff to bring. Your room is large so you can definitely bring whatever you need for that space.

The cost ?
The monthly rent is $2500
Security deposit is 1 month
The utilities comes to around $100-200 monthly
Would love to have a cleaner come monthly if you are down for that.

The terms ?
I can be flexible with move-in date and move-out
I am looking for someone who can be more long term but can be flexible.
Anywhere from 6 months to 18 months (when my lease ends).
