We have a private master bedroom suite with two large closets, and private bathroom with two sinks as well as a garage parking spot available for sublet in our townhouse. The suite can come furnished or unfurnished. Our safe and quiet neighborhood is within walking distance to the waterfront, which has trails for jogging and exercising. You will have the master suite on the 3rd floor of our 4 bed/4 bath townhouse. No smoking or pets allowed. The house is very new and has modern appliances.

Caltrain and MUNI are about 15 minutes away on foot. There is also a free shuttle going from the community to Caltrain and BART in the morning, and back from both at night.

Walking distance to Candlestick Park where there are trails and picnic areas by the bay. There's also a hill behind our house which you can hike to enjoy a gorgeous view of the bay. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and a post office are within walking distance.
