Hi guys we have a 2 room available for rent/sublease in a 5 bed 3 bath bright sunny house with and amazing view of the Bay Area.
The house is a 3 level home with the basement being at the bottom, 1 bedroom in the middle and 3 bedrooms at the top floor. Top floor includes 1 living room, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen/dining area. The top floor is shared between 3 people & 2 other tenants share lower levels with their own kitchen, bathroom & living room.
The room currently available is on the top floor 11’6’’ x 12’1” the bathroom is shared with 1 other tenant & kitchen is shared between 3 tenants. There’s tons of street parking. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference. Public transportation is down the street with no more than a 5 min walk. Overall, the neighborhood is pretty chill, most of our neighbors have been here for a long time so they know everyone in the neighborhood. Overall the house itself is pretty chill most of us smoke so 420 friendly as well.

Rent is $1400 month to month for 3 month lease or (possibly longer). Security deposit is required.
