Hi! We are young professional couple looking to rent one or two private rooms in our spacious, newly renovated house.

Open to renting one or two rooms.

The 2000 sq ft house is located in a quiet part of the city that overlooks downtown and the bay. The house is a 3br 2.5 bth with a common living room, family room, and dining room that are open for shared use. The kitchen was recently renovated and has brand new appliances. There is a backyard complete with patio furniture and a bbq. There is also washer and dryer free to use for tenants.

The rooms are recently renovated with newly finished walls, lights, and a large closet. The rooms can be rented furnished if needed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms.

The house is located close to the T line and is a close commute to downtown or to the South Bay. There is lots of free street parking all around.

Rent is $1650/month for smaller room, and $1750/month for larger room, and include utilities (wifi, water, electricity, trash). Deposit is one month rent.

We are a young professional couple (mid 20's, M & F) working in tech in downtown. We are laid back and enjoy socializing with roommates.
