BR dimensions: 10ft x 12ft, small closet in room + shared walk in closet in hall. AMPLE storage space - 6 drawers under full-sized bed, a standard dresser, shelving, desk, and more.

About Me:
I'm a producer in the advertising industry - work from about 8am-6pm and travel about 3-6 months out of the year. Often, you will have the full apartment to yourself.

I climb 3-4 mornings a week, spend a good amount of time at the part with my pup (a 15 pound Yorkie, Almond), enjoy movies, cooking, tennis, music, and more.

I have a fairly active social life but not a huge partier. I do enjoy having friends over occasionally for dinner or game nights and am happy if you do as well. I ask for at 24 hours notice for any evening guests.

Since we share a single bathroom, I prefer to limit overnight guests to 2x per week with advance notice and agreement of 48 hours. Mostly this is because i've been burned in the past by roommates who have moved their significant other into the apartment, or brought rando's over on a regular basis.

Mostly just looking for someone who is mutually respectful of the space and the safety of the apartment (and my pup) as I've put a lot into making it a comfortable, safe, and beautiful environment.

Sublease Agreement
Will be a standard month to month subtenant contract (will share for review if a god fit). Prefer 1-6 month renters.
