Main bathroom has shower, which I use as well, but the rest of it is yours.

Month to month rental contract is through the property owner, and you will have your own rental agreement. She charges a $40 application fee to cover a background/credit check.
Total move-in is $2100 ($925 rent plus $1175 deposit), paid to property owner.
