I'm clean, tidy, quiet & respectful & so is my dog - please be the same. Your room is unfurnished, but I've got the rest of the living space & kitchen covered. Your room is a true master bedroom with private bath. You've also got a door to the balcony. 1 Parking pass for you. Prefer working professional or grad student w/verifiable income. Be a grown-up. I often work at home so no couch potatoes please.
I do enjoy my alone time, but it would be nice to hang out, share a meal or a drink.
I've setup a communal laptop workstation with a printer/scanner (really just for you, I've got a setup in my room) - that'll keep our dining table clear for food. We have a small washer & dryer combo at the back of our kitchen.
