Private room/bathroom in a great spot!!

My roommate is moving out and I don't want to give up our great place! We have a month to month lease and your portion would be $1195 plus 1/3 of internet and electric (this can range from $40 - $100 depending on the month). Move in date negotiable from 2/1 - 2/7

The house is a two story 1200 square foot townhouse in Hillcrest with an attached tandem garage plus driveway. There's plenty of street parking which will be the easiest method for you however we can squeeze three cars in a row in our two car garage + driveway so you will always have a place to park. Our area is gated and has a code so its very safe and quiet. The location is perfect - you can walk to the farmers market, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more!

The house has all the amenities you could want - washer/dryer in unit, Nest controlled heat and AC, full kitchen with nice appliances, gas stove, fireplace, small balcony, extra storage.. etc! We have high speed internet and subscriptions to all premium channels and apps.

The nice thing about this place is the rooms are on different floors. My boyfriend and I have the room downstairs and your room and bathroom is upstairs with the living room and kitchen so it feels more private. The room upstairs is nice and spacious with a double door mirrored closet.

About us - I am 27F and my boyfriend is 28M and we both have professional careers (software engineer and investment advisor). We are pretty mellow during the week and we enjoy going out on weekends but nothing too wild. We are looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle - someone with a stable career who is clean and respectful, chill during the weeknights, doesn't bring the party home, and doesn't smoke

We do not have any pets but the unit is pet friendly - we prefer non shedding though
