Your room

My home is a 2 bdrm/1 bath with a sunroom for you to relax in on a beautiful day and a huge back patio with several layers of decks, stairs, and patio furniture with a BBQ. We will share the living room, kitchen space, and bathroom. The bedroom that you will rent is on the front side of the house. There is plenty of parking out front in a quiet and safe neigborhood. My home is central to Little Italy, downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Hills Historic District, and is close to the major freeways ? the , and the 54. Less than 10 minutes to the Coronado.

Monthly rent is $1,000 and includes utilities (electric, wifi, Netflix & Apps, and water) with a $600 security deposit. Looking to rent to someone until at least July 2019, but this is negotiable. Must be gainfully employed.

About me: I love adventures and hard work! I am a working professional in my 40s and work 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. I enjoy all things outside, hiking, adventures, paddleboard, running, (and yoga and weights too). I don?t watch t. v. that much and I try to go to bed around 10 each night. I enjoy photography, running, hiking, the water, the gym, and other fun activities like painting with acrylics and attempting to play my guitars (which I need to pick up more often and play!). I drink occasionally and never smoke. I like the idea of finding someone who is like-minded as a roommate.
