Good sized room in quiet bay front condo.

I have a room available in an exclusive condo building situated along the boardwalk of Mission Bay. The room is currently furnished with a queen sized bed but that can be removed.

You will get your own private bathroom. It is not connected to the bedroom but it is exclusively yours.

There is in-unit laundry. The condo is large (1400 square feet). The walls are concrete so noise is kept to a minimum.

The condo building has amazing amenities. You get your own secure underground parking spot. There is a pool and jacuzzi overlooking the boardwalk. There is a sauna and a game room (pool table/ping pong/shuffle board). There is a small gym.

The unit itself does not have a direct view of the bay, but one quick ride down the elevator and you are walking along the boardwalk or hanging by the pool.

About me: I am a straight male professional. I am sober and do not hold parties or gatherings in the unit. While I understand many people drink socially and I have no problem with that, I will not accept parties in the unit. You can have small gatherings at the pool/Jacuzzi area and have friends over to the condo with notice.

The condo is a clean, quiet, drug and party free environment. I travel often for business and pleasure and I am at my girlfriend's place often. Most of my time is spent in my room or outside enjoying the San Diego lifestyle.

My main deal breakers: Drugs, Parties, Excessive noise, and abusing the common areas. I don't care if you grow vegetables in your bedroom, but the kitchen and common areas are to be left clean after each use. I do my dishes after each use of the kitchen and leave it spotless for you. I expect the same courtesy. I vacuum and dust periodically and also expect the same. (once or twice a month).

This is a great location, and a great living situation for the right mature student/professional. I will not consider couples. Overnight guests are acceptable a couple nights a week, but live-in significant others are not.

Included in the rent is internet and premium cable. (Showtime and HBO included).

SDGE will be split between us. With two people the electric bill hovers around $150 total. Expect to pay between $60 to $120 (on the very high end) for your share of the SDGE bill.

If you are looking for a short term rental situation I can consider that but the rent will be $1500.
