Our house is over 2500 sq ft. It’s a big house with plenty of space. You have access to the whole house, kitchen included (plenty of cabinet space). You can feel at home.
-You will have your own space in the fridge to store your food items
-You will also have your own cabinet spaces
-Private/personal restroom
-Guests are accepted

-water/trash
-gas
-electricity
-fast wifi

Option amenities I choose to add are:
-house cleaning
-bathroom cleaning

We have fruit trees: Oranges, lemons, Loquats, and a HUGE avocado tree!

I enjoy that it's located close to the freeway for easy access. Safe & clean neighborhood. GREAT location, the house is literally close to everything you need. We are close to stores, food places, gyms, banks, movie theaters, and everything else you can possibly want to access, all less than a 5 minute drive.

Our ideal roommate is someone who is easy-going. In the household, we all either work/go to school. Introvert/extrovert, both are fine!
