We are resigning the lease next month in OCT. 7th. The Master will be empty. It has a private bathroom, a private patio off the master suite, and walk in closet attached. Washer and dryer in unit. We are looking for new roommate or a couple to move in and MUST be on the lease with us for 12 months. About us; we are in our early 20s, have a pet rabbit, enjoy our time at home and love to make our home as beautiful as possible. There are two swimming pools and two hot tubs, a sauna, gym, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts amazon lockers. The living room, kitchen and dining room are fully furnished, so there's no need to buy extra furniture. 6 min drive from downtown, 15 minutes to airport and Natomas Crossing shopping center is 5 minutes away.
