Private bedroom with private bathroom

I have a private bedroom with private bathroom for rent, for one (1) person only.

Please read the entire ad and then email me telling why you would be the best person to rent to.

If it sounds like a good fit, the first thing we do is a brief meeting at a public place near the home to determine if it will be a good fit for both us, for you to rent a room, and, if yes, then we drive to the home for you to view the bedroom and bathroom.

I do this public meetup, per, Spare Room's recommendation for everyone's safety.

Type of Renter Sought:

* No cooking coffee in the home. I am highly allergic.

* Treat my home with respect.

* Has strong Integrity.

* Polite, courteous, and good manners.

* Picks up after yourself when you are done using things and immediately puts things away.

* Keeps your room/ bathroom tidy and clean at all times, as well as helps keep common areas, such as kitchen, clean and cleared.

* No pets/drugs / smoking/vaping/ excessive alcohol, anywhere in home, nor, on property.

* No overnight guests nor friends/family hanging out in my home at any time. No partying, no socializing, etc., in my home.

* I in turn, never have any friends, or, family coming into the house, out of respect for the renter and their possessions and privacy.

Move In Requirements

* First month's rent plus the deposit .

* Room Rental Cost: $800 per month plus 50% of electric bill. I am an energy miser so the bill is fairly low with just me here. Hopefully you are a miser as well. All other utilities are included in the rent. (high-speed wifi, gas, water, sewer, garbage-pickup, and security patrol.)

* Deposit: $800 deposit.

* Total upfront cost for move-in is $1,600 to be paid at least four days prior to move-in.

* Rental Term: Seeking someone long term.

* Good credit score. You can acquire a free credit report on-line.

* Recent pay stub.

* No criminal record.

* All documentation and funds must be in my hands no later than four days prior to move-in date.

About the Rental Room

- The room is empty - no furniture.

- Room size is 12' x 10' with a 6' wide closet that has 6' wide shelf.

- The rental room is not next to any other bedrooms.

About the Landlord

~ I never enter a room, or, office without permission, and or, authorization. I always knock, even if the door is open.

~ Does not smoke vape, drink alcohol, nor do drugs. I live a healthy body, healthy brain lifestyle

~ There are no pets, nor, other people in the home.
