The apartment is also close to the Sunnyside Gardens Historic District and a quick trip to the Museum of the Moving Image and Astoria. It’s a quiet, safe residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and everyday amenities.

You’ll be sharing the house with two professional guys in our early 30s. We work in the city, keep things quiet and clean, and are looking for someone with a similar easygoing lifestyle.

Rent is $1,200 a month and that includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Move-in is first month's rent and a one-month security deposit.
